Sounds like you'll have your hands full!! I'm brewing my wake up juice as well!! I'm not too sure at the moment what my weekend holds - was hoping to take the little one to see the new Alice in Wonderland movie - unfortunately, she started with a sore throat last night and this morning she has a fever - so there will be no school and she'll be in bed today (try to nip it in the bud) ... hopefully, it wont get any worse. Other than that - nothing special planned except enjoying the warmer weather and the time with my little one

I do hope the little one feels better.That is a bummer.I could never deal with it when Cindy was sick,or for that matter anyone.I just do not deal with that stuff well.It's like i do not know what to do and i want it to go away.

Too many people coming for the next two weeks.We had to rent a condo on property to fit them all.I only have a two bedroom 2 bath.

As soon as the sun comes back out we are going to take some pictures for the poarch so you guys can see what i am talking about.Then maybe you will come for a visit.I could teach the kids how to water ski.I have never failed when i taught someone.I think it might be over 10 people so far.

So grab Chris before his season sets in and come on down.

Thanks, Dave ... I can relate to how you feel when someone is sick ... it's a normal reaction for a parent - we want to take it all away ... even if it means taking it on ourselves. I think most parents are like that ... Wink

Seems like a good movie, but I also heard (from some movie critic on TV) that the movie may be too much for kids, even though it's been getting a lot of marketing on the kid's channels.

Good morning Ellen.....not sure about Sande - thought there was another week.....weekend was very busy, but fun. I got in from Clemson Friday night, and then went down to Norfolk Saturday a.m. There was a professional bull riding event down in Hampton on Saturday night. Four years ago I visited her at college, and just happened upon this event. We've been going every year ever since - turns out to be a great time. Came back Sunday early afternoon and went out to lunch with a friend.

The weather in NoVA was pretty rainy all weekend, but I lucked out in Norfolk where it was sunny and 65.....

THERE you are!!! I actually just looked outside and it's still raining ... geez ... I'm getting ready to start building an ark ... lots of damage in Hawthorne I hear ... I have some branches down and lots of mud and muck ... but nothing nearly close to what I've seen in the papers about the "other" side of the mountain ... it seems that Bergen county got hit REALLY hard ...

Good Morning Ellen - I hope your rain stops soon.....my folks left yesterday morning and got in yesterday afternoon. Sure is quiet here without them. We had a nice visit and I do miss them, but in some ways it is good to get back to my routine. One of these days they will come and stay. It will be a good thing.

They came home to no home phone and lots of downed trees and power/phone/cable lines. Flooding on Route 20, etc. I really tried to talk them into another week here and my Dad was more than willing - however, Mom said they needed to get back so they went.....

How's Lexi this morning?

Clemson was fun as always.....unfortunately it rained the whole time I was there, but at least it was warm. Got out and ate at the usual haunts....they have an all you can eat prime rib on Wednesdays at this one restaurant, and it is cheap and very good. Thursday night was happening at the bars as Clemson was playing in the ACC championship, although they lost the places were packed....
